Krtsanisi soon to be the home for hundreds of families. The residential project will be equipped
with a stunning recreational area, food courts and offices. The main take of the project is a mix
of calm, comfortable housing experience and affordable prices.

To deliver the best results, we are partnering with well-known names in the industry, including
experienced architects and construction companies. The total buildable area is estimated at c.
80,000 sq.m. and the project is expected to be finished within the next 4 years. Keystone
Development is investing more than US$ 40 mn in this project.
