About company

The number of electric vehicles in Georgia is growing rapidly, yet public fast-charging infrastructure remains insufficient, especially outside the capital. Keystone Charger aims to fill this exact gap.

As part of its first phase, the company acquired 30 DC fast chargers with capacities of 180, 240, and 320 kW. Each charger features two ports, allowing two vehicles to charge simultaneously. The chargers are equipped with CCS2 and GB/T connectors.

The network's first charging station went live in July 2026 on Aghmashenebeli Avenue in Tbilisi. Today, customers are served by 5 chargers: three in Tbilisi and two 240 kW chargers in Kutaisi. Most of the chargers are located at Lukoil Georgia gas stations. Charging and payment are managed via the ZZZapp mobile app.

The company collaborates with owners of gas stations, shopping centers, and food outlets. Keystone Charger fully finances the equipment, installation, and maintenance, while partners receive a stable rental income.

The company has been led by Gigla Buliskeria since 2025. In the near term, the company plans to expand the network to 30 chargers across Tbilisi and various regions, including Batumi, Zugdidi, and Rustavi, with subsequent plans to develop high-power charging hubs along the country's main highway.
