Established in 2021, Keystone Agro is an agribusiness arm of the holding. Currently, Keystone Agro portfolio includes more than 100ha blueberry orchards in Samegrelo Region. We have cooperated with the biggest blueberry plants providers like Fall Creek and North Bay. We have planted 10 different varieties of blueberries that vary based on flavor, shelf life and harvest period.

Founded in 2012, Construction Service (CS) is a construction company whose core competency is manufacturing, transportation and installation of steel and metal products, and construction of bridges.

Established in 2017, Magniti operates stores in the format of discounter convenience stores. Magniti’s strategy to target underserved customer segment and focus on less penetrated market in the region has helped the company differentiate itself from other grocery retailers.

Mixori is one of the largest producers of concrete and precast materials and owns concrete sleepers. Acquisition of “Reinforced Concrete Factory” helped the company enter the construction sector of the country. Since 2008, Mixori started extracting sand and crushed stone from Ksani River.

GBC started construction of the beer brewery and soft drink production facilities in May, 2011. Although it was a green-field project, after 7 months the test-brewing process at the new beer factory commenced. GBC’s team has more than 20 years of experience working in the beer & beverages industry in Georgia.
