Keystone Development

“Keystone Development” is the real estate division of the investment holding. The company is building a multifunctional residential complex in the central part of the city, namely in Krtsanis.

Keystone Agro

Established in 2021, Keystone Agro is an agribusiness arm of the holding. Currently, Keystone Agro portfolio manages more than 200 ha of blueberry orchards in Samegrelo Region, with a future plan of adding another 100 ha.

Construction Service

“Construction Service” LLC is a construction company that was established in 2012. The company is focused on production of metal products and metal structures, assembly, installation and construction of bridges.

Magniti

Established in 2017, Magniti operates stores in the format of discounter convenience stores. Magniti’s strategy to target underserved customer segments and focus on less penetrated markets in the region.

Mixori

Mixori is one of the largest producers of concrete and precast materials and owns concrete sleepers. Acquisition of “Reinforced Concrete Factory” helped the company enter the construction sector of the country.

Zedazeni

GBC started construction of the beer brewery and soft drink production facilities in May, 2011. Although it was a green-field project, after 7 months the test-brewing process at the new beer factory commenced. the city, namely in Krtsanis.
